Kim Foster

Kim is the MDP Programme Director and Lead Facilitator on MDP15.  She is an associate of TrafalgarPD and an experienced leadership trainer and executive coach who provides inspiring leadership and management development interventions to teams in the workplace and outdoors for blue chip companies and SMEs. She works with management and leadership teams within organisations to develop their mindset and capability, and focuses on new and innovative ways of working, always pushing for results and ROI. With a background in retail, and specialising in talent development and engagement, Kim transitioned across to consulting where, before coming to work with TrafalgarPD, she was People and Change Director for a major HR consultancy. Having worked across many organisations in a number of sectors, and with a vast range of managers with different goals, behaviours and ways of working, Kim firmly believes that people and their engagement is fundamental to the success of any organisation.

Amy Havenden

Amy is the Lead Facilitator on MDP16 and MDP17. She is an associate of TrafalgarPD and an experienced trainer, facilitator and coach. With a particular passion for leaning and development, Amy enables individuals and teams to understand and maximise their strengths, identify areas for improvement or change and develop a continuous improvement approach that enables people to reach their full potential. Amy has a background in NHS operations and continues to work closely with public sector organisations in developing leadership and management skills. Her specialist areas include staff engagement and motivation, team dynamics, coaching and supporting people to manage change effectively.

Richard Tarran

Richard is the Lead Facilitator on MDP18.  He is an associate of TrafalgarPD and an Executive Coach whose unique skills are based on working at the highest levels of business, the military and government. He has extensive experience as a coach and coupled with his prior career experiences this has allowed him to enhance performance in senior teams and leaders globally for over 20 years. He is a registered European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Senior Practitioner, a certified Coach Practitioner (INLPTA), an NLP Master Practitioner and a Professional of The Institute for Outdoor Learning.

Laurence Berlie

Laurence is the Lead Facilitator on MDP F5 and co-delivering on MDP 15.  Laurence est Associée de TrafalgarPD. Docteur en sciences de gestion, Praticienne en Intelligence Emotionnelle et en Programmation Neuro-Linguistique, Facilitatrice Core Strengths, elle offre des formations et des accompagnements personnalisés pour permettre aux individus et aux équipes d’opérer de manière optimum, en étant plus conscients de leurs fonctionnements, en intégrant soft-skills et théories du management, et en se projetant autour de leurs objectifs et de leurs valeurs. Elle intervient également en tant que professeur de management et leadership dans de grandes écoles de commerce (EDHEC, Skema) et des programmes internationaux de management exécutif. Elle dirige sa propre entreprise de formation et de coaching en France (Aequatio Formation) et est la responsable France de Six Seconds, le plus grand réseau mondial d’Intelligence Emotionnelle. Ayant travaillé pendant plus de 20 ans à l’international, elle intègre au besoin cette ouverture multiculturelle dans ses formations. Parfaitement trilingue français-anglais-espagnol, elle peut intervenir dans chacune de ces trois langues.

Debs Maddox

Debs will be our back-up facilitator for this cycle of MDPs.  She is a talented and committed trainer, teacher, and coach with over 30 years’ experience in education and training settings. She has designed and delivered numerous training programmes over the years and worked closely with senior leaders in a range of environments to develop and enhance performance and outcomes.  With a background in the British Army as an education officer, and subsequently as a senior consultant, she has worked primarily with senior military officers and diplomats from around the world. More recently, she was a Director of a post-graduate teacher training organisation, ensuring compliance with the Department for Education in awarding qualified teacher status.  Debs brings a calm, thorough and pragmatic approach to her coaching.  She creates an open and honest environment enabling coachees to develop the knowledge, understanding and mindset to explore issues important to them in a safe, trusting relationship.

Bio

Stephanie Gheysen

Stephanie will be co-delivering on MDP F5 and MDP16.  She is an Associate of TrafalgarPD, a Graduate of INSEAD in Change Management and an ICF Certified Executive Coach. She is a Guest professor of Management and Leadership at a major French business school (EHDEC) and delivers on international programs at Bachelor, Master and Executive level. Stephanie est Associée deTrafalgarPD.  Diplômée de l’INSEAD en Change Management et Executive Coach Certifiée ICF.   Professeure invitée de Management et Leadership au sein d’une grande école decommerce française (EHDEC), elle intervient dans les programmes internationaux au niveau Bachelier, Master et Executive. Elle offre un accompagnement sur mesure aux conjoints expatriés désireux de traverser cette aventure de l’expatriation sereinement en se focalisant spécifiquement sur la définition d’un objectif personnel et porteur de sens.

Anusha Parshotam

Anusha will be co-delivering on MDP18.  She is an associate of TrafalgarPD and an experienced leadership trainer, executive coach and DEI facilitator. Before pivoting into coaching and consulting, Anusha spent over 15 years of experience working in Senior Human Resources roles, working across different sectors and geographies. Through this, she developed extensive experience working strategically with organisations, leaders and managers in nurturing talent and building high performance teams in various sectors. She values time and engagement with leaders to help them build high performing and inclusive teams. She hold as a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology, a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School and is Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching (ICC).

Jacqui Fairbrass

Jacqui is the key designer of the MDP.  She is founder and Director of Trafalgar Personal Development Ltd.  Founded in 2004, TrafalgarPD have extensive experience in coaching and delivering leadership interventions to a wide range of public and private sector clients in the UK and Europe.  With Kim Foster, she designed MDP and has provided coaching and leadership development training to NATO and NCIA since 2012.  Her specialities include coaching senior leaders, developing high performing teams and enabling change within complex organisations.  Jacqui had an early career in education and training in the British Army and as a consultant in specialist UK training organisations and the UK Ministry of Defence

Alex Firmin

Alex is the MDP accreditation tutor.  He is an associate of Trafalgar Personal Development, and owner of Promethean Executive, who specialise in delivering accreditation solutions for the CMI. An accredited organisational psychologist, leadership trainer, and executive coach, Alex has over 20 years experience of designing and delivering leadership development programmes in the public and private sectors.  Alex also delivers training on variety of international MBA and Psychology programmes.

Rebecca Naegeli

Rebecca is the MDP Programme administrator.  She has been the Operations and Finance Manager for Trafalgar Personal Development since 2013.

Her background is in Banking; initially in the high street for Barclays Bank before moving to London for more challenging roles in Interest Rate Derivatives and Credit with Swiss Bank Corporation (now UBS). After several years in London, she moved to Jersey, initially working on a temporary project to resolve problems within operations, with the transition of the whole group funding business from various worldwide centres into a single centre in Jersey. She later moved into a Supervisory role with the team until the end of her contract. On returning to London, she worked for Deutsche Bank in the Equity Derivatives department before leaving to raise a family.
