Prior to Day 1​

• Delegates should have met with their coach virtually in a 90 minute coaching session, prepared their own development outcomes and have attended the launch webinar.

• Module 1 is focussed on change, and how it affects us as individuals and as managers. As such, we would ask you to reflect on a significant change in your life/career and how it shaped you as a Manager (or just in your role if you do not yet have management responsibility).

• 360 evaluator nominations – you will receive a request for these from 360 administrator - please complete nominations by timescale requested.

• Read the NATO Management Charter, attached on Module 1 Materials Page.

• Complete the key driver's questionnaire – submit your top driver by the date requested by your coach and read the supporting notes for your top driver, and the others if you wish! (Key Drivers Questionnaire is on the Module Materials page)
